HELLO, EVERYONE!
We hope you're all having a great day! Let's catch up on some happenings, shall we?
First off, as everyone knows, the RAG Awards are quickly coming up. This year's RAG Awards will be held on May 7th. Everyone's excited!
We have an dazzling list of performers this year. As I tried to tell you in the last post (again, sorry Teresa), Teresa, with the rest of the Island Girls, will be up against the Royal Galaxy Dance Crew during the RAG Awards itself! What a big deal this is! Obviously, Teresa's training hard with her girls, but this is not the only special thing Teresa has going on at the RAG Awards--that's right, Leo and Teresa WILL be performing right after the dance party intermission.
Just what they're performing is a suprise--however, we here at centralpalace.webs.com have exclusive insider info that we will share only with our dedicated readers!!! So listen carefully--what you're about to hear is something that many people don't know!
Leo and Teresa will not be performing their recent hit single, The Agent, but rather they will be performing a BRAND NEW SONG! You heard it right! Leo and Teresa's new song is entitled Tropic Love--and get this--this is one of the songs from their NEW ALBUM THAT THEY WILL BE ANNOUNCING!!! YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!
Leo and Teresa's upcoming, long-awaited debut album, Summer Island, will be released on May 7th, the day of the RAG Awards for all eager ears to hear. We are just as excited as you are!!! They haven't announced it yet, so we urge you to keep this little secret to yourself so nothing will be ruined for this dynamic duo!!
Now let's talk about the other suprise performance. Alaska Lee X Jimmetta Bear. What in the world could they be planning? Well keep reading, we have all the deets here!
Alaska Lee and Jimmeta Bear will be showcasing their brand new clothing line, Ready For Battle, at the RAG Awards! How very exciting! However, this is not going to be your run of the mill fashion show. This performance will be mindblowingly spectacular, I assure you. Alaska Lee and Jimmeta Bear, with major help from Kristen Rose and assistance from Teresa Munkee, have choreographed together a stunning piece of art. They have enlisted the help of the Royal Ballet Academy to showcase their unique collection through a masterfully choreographed battle dance, if you will. You will see beautiful lines, stunning colours, jaw-droppingly perfect technique, flawless clothing design, and so, much, more.
The music score is composed by Vanessa Grimm--with this star-studded crew of people working together in this collaboration, we just know that what we see will BLOW everyone's minds! We are beyond excited for this one. It's never been done before!
Also, a little fun fact--The Island Girls' costumes come straight from the Ready For Battle clothing line. How intriguing!!
Exactly one week after the RAG Awards, as everyone knows, the TOTY winners of the year will be announced!! Although the TOTY app hasn't exactly been running for the past few months, we are pleased to say the the app has been freshly updated, and will continue to be updated up until May 14, when the TOTY Awards are held! We urge everyone to check their apps to see where they are standing, and we wish you ALL the best of luck!
Well, this is it for today's entry.
Tune in next time for more news and entertainment!

Hi everyone!
This has been a busy month for all!
Let's start off with Teresa.
Hm? What's that? *listens to earpiece* Actually, change of plans. There's been some new developments as of today, and so we'll be talking about those first!
Today, we have a brand new guest to Central Palace!!! Welcomes and celebrations are in order. According to the message I just received, we apparently have a LOT to catch up on today. So without further ado, let's begin.
GEORGINA DELIVERS A MESSAGE
Today (April 21st, 2016), a new Central Palace citizen, straight from Australia meets everyone for the very first time. *boing boing boing* He introduces himself to each Central Palace Citizen as RooRoo, who is a cute little pouched marsupial who has his very own box/basket thing!
Fast forward to a couple of moments later. RooRoo has a deep voice!!! What's going on??? Oh, so apparently RooRoo had been using his mother Georgina (AKA Georgie)'s body. Ok, cool.
Georgie introduces herself (in quite a deep voice) to BO first of all. Georgie then speaks with GooGoo, who was very confused. GooGoo had already been introduced to RooRoo and was confused as to how RooRoo turned into a man???
After things are cleared up a bit (and after both GooGoo and Karii reach their hands into Georgie's pouch to feel how soft it is--it's very soft), Georgie speaks with Karii and reveals that she used to train some bears how to kick. Karii is very impressed. Like incredibly impressed. GooGoo is excited and hauls a LOAD of bricks over and asks Georgie to break through the layers. He is only expecting the first couple of layers to be broken, so he is absolutely blown away when Georgie breaks 500 layers (according to SO). Karii is beyond awestruck. Her eyes are wide and she looks up, awed, at Georgie. She begs Georgie to teach her 'her ways'
Georgie tells Karii about how she trained some of the bears, then suprises Karii when she speaks reverently about Cameron, who she believes is a "WORLD STARRR". Karii is delighted and somewhat taken aback that Georgie knows about her father and asks how she knows. Georgie reveals that her uncle's friend was Sergeant Major, whom Karii immediately recognizes as the legendary bear, the most powerful protector ever to exist. Karii is beyond astonished.
Georgie then tells Karii that she has a secret, but that she must not tell anyone, including her babi. Karii gasps, tells Georgie to hold on one moment, and turns around to prepare for this important secret. She takes some deep breaths and mutters quietly to herself, "I must not tell babi! Can't tell babi! Big secret. Don't tell babi!" After a short moment, she is ready and turns back around, ears close to Georgie's mouth. Georgie tells her that she must speak with her babi first.
"Oh...but I just got ready!"
"You can get ready again later."
"Okie! Babiiiiii!!!"
Cameron arrives and the first thing he sees is a massive pile of broken bricks.
"KARII!! Did you do that??"
"No babi! I--"
"WOW, KARII THIS IS IMPRESSIVE! I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!!"
"Babi!!! I didn't do this! Geor--"
"OH KARII, YOU ARE SOO MODEST!!"
"No babi! Seriously!!"
Karii then shows Cameron the video of Georgie destroying all those bricks. Cameron is mindblown. Eyes wide, he moves to touch Georgie's legs.
"So...much...power!" Cameron is almost drooling.
When Georgie turns around and reveals her tail, Cameron goes to touch this too.
Shocked by the sheer power it holds, Cameron squeals loudly in awe, which in turn causes Georgie to yelp and jump back. Georgie gives Cameron a strange look.
"It's...it's just...it holds SO MUCH POWER!!!"
Georgie smiles uncomfortably and goes on to praise Cameron some, which boosts Cameron's ego and causes him to whip out his cape. Cameron is extremely pleased to hear Georgie calling him a "WORLD STARR".
Karii shakes her head and smiles at Georgie. "Sowwy, my babi knows no modesty."
Georgie chuckles. "That's ok, my son is like that too."
Cameron pulls Karii close to him. "This is my daughter Karii! She's really really good!"
"Oh yes! I've met her. She's a really nice child."
Cameron nods enthusiastically.
Georgie asks Cameron if she could speak with him privately.
"Oh, ok! Go away, Karii!" With that, Cameron tosses Karii roughly off BO's desk.
Georgie gasps audibly. "Uh-I'm going to go check if she's ok..."
"Oh no, Karii's fine! She always lands on her--" Cameron peers over the edge. "Uh, oops..." Cameron watches Karii for another second, then shrugs and turns back to Georgie. "She's fine!" he says cheerfully.
Georgie tells Cameron about how she knows Sergeant Major, and tells him about how he is just like Cameron, very silly, but also very strong. Cameron is excited. He can't believe that such a legendary bear was also a silly bear just like him. Georgie clarifies and tells him that very very few people knew about his silly side and that he didn't show it in public. Cameron says "oh" and wonders if that means he should stop being silly with everyone. He decides not to do that.
Georgie begins to tell Cameron her secret. She reveals of a prophecy that foretells of how a certain descendant of Redfur Gangling will deliver to the world a true hero.
Cameron is stunned for a moment, eyes glassy. He then goes and digs out his ancient family tree book and flips the pages. He stops at a page and points to a name. It is one of his ancestors, Redfur Gangling. Cameron shakes his head. He tells Georgie that it can't be, that he wasn't even meant to be the leader of the protectors. Cameron launches into the story of how he came to be the leader.
"It was supposed to be Curtis...Everything was leading up to that moment--everyone knew that Curtis was to be the next great leader and it was all planned out. On that day, I was standing next to him to make sure his new cape wouldn't be getting in the way of anything. As the headmaster prepared to formally crown Curtis as the great leader of the protectors, Curtis suddenly tripped somehow and the headmaster crowned me instead. Everybody was shocked. I was shocked. But the headmaster refused to uncrown me. I told him that it was an accident, that I wasn't supposed to be the leader. I wasn't even properly trained! But the headmaster just shook his head and told me, "there are no accidents". And well, that's the story of how I became the leader."
Ok, let's pause here to accomodate some more context and a little backstory from the Owners.
Gangling, as a young Redfur, was scorned by the other warrior bears who saw him as an outcast, a bear who looked different from all the other warriors. The warriors were all selected from a prestigious species of specially bred all-powerful bears, so when they saw that Gangling was selected to become a warrior, they were incredibly insulted, especially when he began rising in the ranks and became one of the most powerful warriors.
Now we fast forward many many generations later, to Cameron's young days at the Warrior's Academy with the other protectors. The warrior trainers knew that Cameron was a descendant of Gangling, and with a deep-seated grudge that had been carried on for many many generations at the Warrior's Academy, they denied Cameron of proper training and dedicated him to minor, trivial tasks instead.
However, Cameron has always been a determined hard-worker, and trained on his own anyway, on trees, old buildings, using sticks, and anything else he could find, quietly becoming stronger and stronger despite lack of formal training. His parents pitied him and felt bad that they couldn't do anything to fuel his ambitions, so they gave him away to a rich family of protectors (Curtis's family) in hopes that they could somehow help him get closer to becoming a true warrior.
Curtis welcomed Cameron into the family, delighted that he had a younger brother to care for. He would sometimes teach Cameron simple tricks from the Warrior's Academy even though it was strictly forbidden to share knowledge from the academy to "outsiders". He was a loving brother and very kind to Cameron until the coronation disaster happened.
Fast forward again to the days, weeks, and months following the crowning. (This information has nothing to do with this story, but is interesting to know nonetheless). We now know why Curtis seems to hate Cameron so much. In his eyes, Cameron had stolen his once soon-to-be title of the all-powerful leader of the Protectors right from under his nose! From then on, Curtis held a deep grudge and hatred against Cameron, but since he still has a shard of respect for him as a Protector, and also due to the fact that he abides by the warrior code, Curtis knows he can't harm or seriously sabotage Cameron, so he resorts to seriously annoying Cameron instead. And hey, what do you know, it works. Cameron can't stand Curtis to this day. *ERHER ERHER*
All right, back to the story!
Georgie tells Cameron that his headmaster is right, "there are no accidents". Cameron was destined to be the leader and Georgie assures him of that. Georgie tells Cameron that she will go check up on Karii to see if she is ok from the fall she had. Cameron smiles and rolls his eyes. He bet Georgie that Karii was probably down there playing with the dust bunnies. Georgie tells him he's right. Cameron calls Karii up and tells her to come before she gets all dusty. Karii comes up and shakes the dust off her fur everywhere and onto Cameron. They mess around a bit before Cameron leaves.
Karii is ready for the secret Georgie had. Georgie tells Karii about the prophecy, and tells her that Cameron doesn't know, but it's about him. (The true hero he delivers to the world is Karii.)
Aaaaand, that's pretty much the end of the story.
Uh, as for current news, I'll save that for a later post. This post seems to have gotten hijacked...
(Sorry, Teresa)
Teresa and her dance group, the Island Girls, are going head to head with the Royal Galaxy Dance Crew during this year's RAG Awards, which is a HUGE honour for the girls. Teresa has been training the girls VERY strictly , EVERY single day, from restricting their diets to challenging their flexibility. Their group number is entitled Stars Collide.
They've gotten costumes from Alaska Lee and Jimmeta Bear's new clothing line, 'Ready for Battle' (More about this in a moment)

"That...was...so...much...FUN," breathes Carol.
The girls are lying on the bed, exhausted and happy.
"The BEST day ever," sighs Rainbow.
"The best THREE MORE DAYS ever," pants Kelly.
The girls have just finished everything on their list of fun things to do on Three More Days day and it's not even afternoon yet! Even Dasher, GwutGwut, and Cameron are happy since the girls' activities mean NO MORE CHANTING!
"Ah," sighs GwutGwut.
"Ha," sighs Cameron.
"Eh," sighs Dasher.
They are careful not to make too loud of a noise in case of triggering another series of chants. They can never be too careful with those girls, after all.
"Hey," says Carol, looking up. "We haven't done our three more days chant yet!"
"Oh yeah," says Rainbow. "OR the notebook notes chant."
"Ooh," says Kelly. "We also need to do a tickets chant once we know where our tickets are!"
GwutGwut, Cameron, and Dasher jerk up and look at each other, eyes bulging. Carol, Rainbow, and Kelly do the same on the other side of the room.
"WAIT WAIT WAIT WE HAVE TO STOP THEM," whispers GwutGwut urgently.
Cameron takes his chink materials out. GwutGwut immediately knocks them out of his paws. "NO! NOT LIKE THAT!! THAT DOESN'T EVEN HELP, CAMERON," hisses GwutGwut. Cameron drops his paws by his side and looks longingly at the ground where his chink materials rolled off to.
Dasher paces back and forth, trying to rack his brain for some ideas. He gestures towards GwutGwut and Cameron. "Pace with me," he commands.
GwutGwut and Cameron can't help but to oblige. They can never not listen when Dasher uses his King voice. Even if they think his ideas and commands are ridiculous, to say the least.
"QUICK, THEY'RE STARTING!!!!!" Cameron paces so furiously that he almost runs over the two others.
"BE QUIET, I'M THINKING!!" Dasher gives Cameron a mighty kick with his hoof. Cameron doesn't budge. Dasher decides to give GwutGwut a mighty kick with his hoof instead, but immediately regrets his decision, hopping and nursing his slightly bruised hoof. Cameron and GwutGwut both give him a smug smile. I have to stop doing this, thinks Dasher.
"Why don't you give them more activities to do?" suggests Tare, who has been quietly watching the three with slight amusement.
"Oh, be quiet Tare," breathes Dasher. "We know we can't trust YOU!"
Tare merely shrugs and gives Lucky a few gentle strokes.
"WAIT!" Dasher suddenly yells, stopping in his tracks. Cameron and GwutGwut crash into him.
"UGH, WHAT IS IT, HORSS?" grumbles GwutGwut, brushing himself off.
"I'VE GOT THE PERFECT IDEA!!!"
"ME TOO!!"
"You too? UH, YEAH, ME TOO!"
"SHUT UP, BOTH OF YOU."
"OPEN DOWN, ONE OF YOU!"
"WHAT?"
"WHAT?"
"What."
"ANYWAY, MY BRILLIANT IDEA. OK LISTEN UP. WE COULD GIVE THEM MORE ACTIVITIES TO DO!!!"
"UH, THAT WAS MY IDEA TOO, YEAH."
"NO IT WAS MINE."
"NO I SAID IT FIRST BE QUIET."
"STOP!!! I MEAN GO!!! THEY'VE STARTED THEY'VE STARTED"
"THREE MORE DAYS!!!!! THREE MORE DAYS!!! THREE MORE--"
"RIDE ME, YOUNG SON!!!"
"RIDE ME LITTLE DOG!!!"
"NO, NOT YOU, LITTLE DOG, THE OTHER LITTLE DOG!"
"RIDE ME, NICE HORSE!!!"
"NO, MY SON IS RIDING WITH ME!!!"
"OH, SORRY. RIDE ME, OTHER LITTLE DOG WHO IS OBVIOUSLY BETTER BECAUSE YOU ARE RIDING ME."
"Um........OK!"
The girls hop on to each of the guys and giggle endlessly.
"HAVE FUN GIRLS, WE MADE IT SO YOU CAN'T LET GO UNTIL TONIGHT!!!"
"YEAH, SO YOU'LL BE SPENDING THE WHOLE DAY DOING THIS AWESOME ACTIVITY AND NOTHING ELSE!!!"
"YOU CAN DO MY CHORES WITH ME!"
"NO!"
"OR NOT!"
The girls look at each other and laugh.
"Let's continue our chants!!!" shouts Carol.
Rainbow and Kelly give a big woop and a yell.
Dasher, GwutGwut, and Cameron look at each other, mouths agape and eyes bulging.
"What have we gotten ourselves into," whispers GwutGwut.
"YOUR brilliant idea," says Cameron, jabbing at Dasher.
"No!! It was Tare's idea!!!!" Dasher looks suspiciously towards Tare, but his thoughts are interrupted by a loud chorus of "THREE MORE DAYS!!! THREE MORE DAYS!!! THREE MORE DAYS, THREE!!!!!"

"ONE MORE DAY TILL THREE MORE DAYS!! ONE MORE DAY TILL THREE MORE DAYS!!!" Carol, Rainbow, and Kelly chant.
"Oh, I can't WAIT!" Rainbow squeals, doing a little tap dance. "Tomorrow will be JAM PACKED with fun!"
"Wait wait wait!" Kelly holds up her paw. "But we need to know exactly WHAT we're doing, first!"
"We DO know!" Carol says. "We're gonna go bungee jumping at Cloud Palace, or ride into the clouds on Rainbow's daddy, we're gonna play in the jungle arcade, we're gonna go shopping at coconut mall, go to the beach at Tropic Island, watch a dancing singing show, play at Jimmy's house, volunteer at Cuddle's Care Summer Program, explore every area of Central Palace, do more research on Cancún, or go cloud riding." Carol recites, breathless.
"But it's only one day! We can't do ALL of that in just ONE day!" Kelly exclaims.
"Neigh then we'll discuss which ones will be the most fun and then we'll put those on a schedule and then put the rest on a list of extra things to do!" Rainbow says cheerily.
"Oh yeah! Great thinking, Rainbow! Okay, I think that riding into the clouds with Dasher seems fun."
"Arf I also want to explore EVERY area of Central Palace!"
"Neigh I want to go bungee jumping in Cloud Palace!"
"Arf do you all agree with everything everyone said?" Kelly asks, taking out her notebook and pencil. Carol and Rainbow nod.
"What else do you guys want to do?"
"How about play at Jimmy's house?"
"I wanna do more research about Cancún so that we know what to expect!"
"Arf okay. How about this; we go bungee jumping first when we wake up, then we go to Jimmy's house to play, and then it'll be lunch time by then. After lunch, we'll explore every area of Central Palace, then research about Cancun, and then after that it'll be about dinner time. After dinner, we ride into the night sky with Dasher. How does that sound?" Kelly poises her pencil right above her notebook, ready to write.
"YEAH!" Carol and Rainbow shout.
"Oh, I can't WAIT to to ride into the night sky on Dasher!" Carol says, closing her eyes and imagining the cool night breeze blasting in her face and running through her fur. She leans forwards, trying to taste the royal blue sky, but then falls on her face with her tongue stuck out.
"Um Carol," Rainbow giggles. "What are you doing?"
"Huh?" Carol quickly gets up and shakes her fur. "Ah – nothing! I don't know what you're talking about! What are YOU doing? Actually, what is Kelly doing?"
"I'm writing the schedule down!" Kelly says. "Guys, it's time for memorizing!"
"WOOHOO!" Rainbow shouts.
"OH YEAH, BABY!" Carol hollers.
"OOHUUHHHHUGHHH..." Cameron and Gwutgwut groan.
"Goodness! I can't believe I still haven't found that compartment!" Gwutgwut mutters to himself. Shaking his head, Gwutgwut continues the hunt.

"Two more days," says Carol weakly.
"FIVE more days," says Rainbow even more weakly.
"That's so LONG," sighs Kelly.
The girls have finished their chants (which are getting shorter and shorter now) and have finished 100ple checking everything in their luggage and have already memorized and chanted their departure and Cancún notes enough times to be able to recite them in their sleep.
"I want to do something fun and exciting," Rainbow says, "but I ALSO want to save that for three more days."
"And three more days isn't even tomorrow!" Carol throws herself down onto the cushion with a flop.
"Well, we could still..." starts Kelly. "We could, we could ah, we uh..."Kelly gives up and heaves a mighty sigh. "I don't know what we could do," she admits.
Carol looks up. "Hey Kelly..."
"Hmm, what is it?"
"Do we have our tickets? Maybe we could memorize and chant THAT!"
The girls look up, excited.
"Didn't we get invislysockets or something?" Asks Rainbow with a chuckle.
The girls can't help but giggle.
"Um," says Kelly. "We clicked the 'choose for me' button...so I don't really know."
"What??" Exclaims Carol. "It doesn't tell you what it chooses for us?"
"Neigh then how do we know??"
Kelly scratches her head. "Hmm, that IS a good point." She looks up and shrugs. "I don't really know how this ticket ordering on the line works...I don't have much experience with this kind of stuff." She pauses. "I hope I actually ordered it!!!" Kelly's ears start to droop slightly.
"Kelly don't be silly!" Says Carol. "We SAW you click the button! I'm sure you ordered it!"
"Neigh yeah, and even if you didn't it wouldn't be your fault anyway. We all don't have any experience with this computer stuff...or line, as you called it."
Carol cocks her head. "What line?"
Rainbow and Kelly shrug. Carol frowns for a moment, and then shrugs as well.
Kelly jumps up. "Well, since BoBo gave me that pawtop, let's ask him how it works!"
"Yeah, good idea!" Carol and Rainbow jump up as well. The girls skip and giggle joyfully to the other side of the window seat where BoBo sits, excitement building up again.
"BOBOOOOO," scream the girls.
"WOAH, OH MY GOD, CHILL, GIRLS!!" Scream Teresa.
"Oh hi Teresa!" The girls wave. Teresa is sitting nicely between BoBo and Bella.
"We're looking for BoBo," Kelly says.
"Yeah, I like figured as much already," Says Teresa. "He's over there." She jerks both of her thumbs behind her in what she thinks is BoBo's direction but is really the wall at the end of the window seat.
"YOOO," yells Didiyoshi abruptly. "BoBo yot dere."
"YA," says DiDi. "He's ah Culls Care. Wiwwy busy."
The girls look at each other and sigh. Teresa looks away, face red, whistling and twiddling her thumbs.
"Aw," says Carol. "Thanks, we just wanted him to help us with some electronic thing."
"Oh you can use da phoyo copper!!" Says Didiyoshi. "Ish fix!!!"
"Nah, it's ok," Says Rainbow. "We don't need the photocopier this time. It's ok, I'm sure we'll be able to think of something without BoBo!"
"Okie," says Didiyoshi. She goes back to humming quietly.
"Yeah, we'll be ok," says Kelly. "Thanks, bye!!"
The girls wave and everyone waves back except for BoBo and Teresa who is avoiding their gaze (and Leo, who is off doing some other things).
The girls head back to their side of the window seat.
"Oh well, we'll figure out the ticket thing later. I'm excited again!!!"squeals Rainbow. She jumps up and down.
"Arf me too!!!!!!!!" Carol throws her arms around Rainbow and Kelly.
"We need something to chant!" Giggles Kelly.
"INVISLYSOCKETS!!!!!" Scream Rainbow.
The three girls burst into loud guffaws of laughter and begin chanting.
"INVISLYSOCKETS, INVISLYSOCKETS, INVISLYSOCKETS...!!!!!"
A chorus of groans and grumbles sound across the room but the girls are oblivious.

"SIX MORE DAYS! SIX MORE DAYS! SIX MORE DAYS, SIX!!!" the girls chant, screaming louder and louder on every syllable.
"Oh my goodness!" squeals Rainbow, hopping on all four hoofs. "Only SIX more days! That's less than a week!"
"You know what that means?" Kelly asks, excitement bubbling in her voice.
"WE GET TO BOOK OUR FLIGHT!" the three best friends shout in unison.
"Come on! Let's go to my room, I have a Pawtop that Bobo gave me last Christmas. We can use that to book our flight!" Kelly says, carefully stuffing their traveling essentials inside the colourful box. The three girls frolic to Kelly's room.
"Okay, so here in my notebook it says that we have to board the plane at seven am. Hm...ah!" Kelly types furiously, making loud clicks on her keyboard. "There we go! Did you guys bring your Proof of Citizenship card?"
"Of course! Neigh don't worry Carol, I got yours too."
Carol stops sniffing frantically around and sighs with relief.
"Read out your pins to me and I'll type them in."
"One five two five three five four five five. That one's mine. This is Carol's. Ten one ten two ten three ten four ten."
"Great! Do you guys want an invisicket?"
"Neigh what's that?"
"Um...I don't really know." Kelly says, looking back at her computer screen.
"Arf! I've heard of those! They're basically just invisible tickets! It's a new technology thing! They put this thing in the tickets so that they can detect the ticket if it's in your backpack or pocket! Then the ticket shows up on the screen and they can read it! But the thing that they put in the ticket that allows this to happen makes the ticket invisible. But thats also good, because it will be harder to steal, if not impossible!" Carol explains with wide, excited eyes.
"Wow!" Rainbow exclaims. "That reminds me of some sort of spy thing!"
"So do you guys want the original tickets or the invisickets? I kind of want the original ticket, because well, we've always used those ones and shouldn't we stick with the traditions?"
"Neigh we've only used the original tickets once, Kelly. But you're right. I kinda want the original too, because I want to be able to read it and look at it all the time. But I also want to try out the cool invis – in – invislysockets . What about you, Carol?"
Carol and Kelly share a look. "Arf I, too want to try the invislysockets." Carol replies, trying her best to sound as casual as possible. Kelly doubles over in laughter.
"It's called a — wait what is it called?" Kelly turns to her Pawtop. "It's called an invisicket, Rainbow!"
"Oh..." Rainbow says sheepishly, glancing embarrassedly at her friends.
"Arf don't worry, we all have our dumb moments, Rainbow!" Carol says cheerfully, wrapping an arm around a Rainbow.
"Hey guys! There's this option that says 'choose for me'. Should I click that since we can't really decide?" Kelly asks, pointing to her computer screen. Carol and Rainbow nod. "Yeah!" Kelly makes a show of bringing her paw down to click enter.
"YAY! WE BOOKED OUR FLIGHT!!!" The three shout.

"ONE MORE DAAAAY!!!!!!!!" shrieks Carol.
The girls jump up wildly and hug each other, chanting erratically.
"Wait wait wait wait wait wait WAAIT." Rainbow stops jumping and waves to grab Carol and Kelly's attention. "Its not one more day!! We still have seven days left!!!"
"Oh yeah," Kelly says, confused. "Of course, we did our seven days chant already!"
"Ohhhh," Carol says sheepishly. "I actually meant one more WEEK, not one more DAY..."
Rainbow and Kelly laugh.
"I can't believe we actually thought it was one more day!" Rainbow giggles.
"WELL," says Carol. "I actually didn't. I just said it wrong, I didn't mean it wrong."
Kelly smiles. "Ok Carol, whatever you say!"
"Whatever I mean," corrects Carol.
The girls laugh and hug each other. They are very, very excited for Cancún now that it's getting closer and closer. They still can't believe that they will actually be going, hopefully for real this time. The weather may not be great, but they are sure that it'll still be a hot blast!
"Guys," Rainbow says suddenly. "We still have to think about what we're going to do when there are three days left!" She shudders at the thought.
"Oh yeah," Carol says. "We have to make that day as jam packed and as fun as possible so we won't feel tortured by THREE days!! What are we going to do??"
"Hmm," Kelly thinks. "We could go bungee jumping at Cloud Palace?"
Rainbow butts in. "Or riding into the clouds on my Daddy!"
"We could play in the Jungle arcade!"
"Go shopping at Coconut Mall!"
"Go to the beach at Tropic Islands!"
"Watch a dancing singing show!"
"Play at Jimmy's house!"
"Volunteer at Cuddles Care Summer Program!"
"Explore every area of Central Palace!"
"Do more research on Cancún!"
"Go cloud riding!"
The three girls are so excited about all the things they can do that they can't even talk properly. They all start coughing, spluttering, laughing, and coughing some more. Carol throws a hasty glance behind her.
"Wow," Rainbow says, recovering from her coughing fit. "I never thought I'd say this but I'm actually EXCITED for three more days now!"
Carol and Kelly squeal. "ME TOO," they exclaim at the same time.
"How many days left until three more days?" Carol asks.
Kelly looks up and does some quick math in her mind. "FOUR."
The girls share a look, each smiling with a glint in their eyes.
"FOUR MORE DAYS! FOUR MORE DAYS! FOUR MORE DAYS, FOUR!!!"
From the distant, a not so soft clinking noise and some groans can be heard.

"EIGHT MORE DAYS! EIGHT MORE DAYS! EIGHT MORE DAYS, EIGHT!!!" shout the the three girls on the window seat. Carol, Rainbow, and Kelly are all sitting around a heap of travelling items like campers around a bonfire. "EIGHT MORE DAYS! EIGHT MORE DAYS! EIGHT MORE DAYS, EIGHT!!! EIGHT MORE DAYS! EIGHT MORE DAYS! EIGHT! MORE! DAYS......EIGHT!!!" The girls giggle in pure delight and excitement as they finish their loud chant.
"I can't believe there are only EIGHT more days!" squeals Kelly, jumping right in front of her friends to emphasize the eight. "That's only ONE week plusaday!"
Carol frowns. "That's...one......week??? No it's not! And what's pluzzy tay?"
Kelly tries to contain her giggles. "One week plus – a – day," she says, sighing in mock exasperation.
"Neigh I can't believe we're getting SO CLOSE to our upcoming adventure of a hot blast!—wait Kelly, even though there are clouds —" Rainbow shivers at the thought of dark, gloomy grey clouds hovering above her and her friends as they are splashing playfully in the blue water. "—it's still going to be hot, right?"
"Yup! It's going to be REAL hot."
The girls squeal together as Gwutgwut groans, and wiggles around the bed aimlessly, trying to get to that secret compartment under the bed.
The three best friends each take their share from the traveling heap.
"Hmm...I can just imagine owner putting a blue sticker on my map," Kelly murmurs, flipping to the page of the map on her Pawsport. But where will it be? She wonders, stroking the pages. In China? No, Mexico is a country, it can't possibly be in China...South America? Hmm...I think it's in Central America. Kelly imagines owner putting a sticker there on her map.
On the other hand, Carol and Rainbow are on the window sill, sticking their heads as far out of the mesh screen as possible, watching the sun rise and savouring every bit of it, knowing that they won't be seeing anything like it in Cancún.
"SON! SOOOOON! WHERE'D YOU GO??? WHY ARE YOU ALL QUITE ALL OF A SUDDDEN????" Dasher screeches, but then inhales sharply, and widens his eyes as he realized what they might do. "ACTUALLY, SON ITS OKAY!!! BEING QUITE IS PROBABLY THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO!!! KEEP BEING QUITE, SON!!! SOON!!! BE QUITE!!!" Dasher gallops away, hoping with all his might that they will stay quiet.
Rainbow hops back onto the window seat from the window, followed by Carol. "Does that mean we won't need our sunglasses?" Rainbow asks, tipping her head to the side and completely unaware that her father has just spoken to her. Kelly snaps out of her daydream of owner continuously sticking stickers on her Pawsport.
"Oh yeah! Great thinking, Rainbow!" Kelly grabs their colourful suitcase and opens it up, taking three oversized sunglasses out. She weighs the suitcase for the tenth time that day and squeals with delight. "Half a pound lighter!" Kelly exclaims.
"Pack lightly! That can be our motto, guys!" Carol says.
"You're right!" Rainbow gives a little gleeful hop.
Back on the bed, Gwutgwut nearly falls off the bed while trying to find the secret compartment.
"Oh my gawdd. They're so LOUD!" Cameron exclaims. "Eight more days days days days eight!" Cameron mocks them, while trying to get under the pillow.
"Hmph." Gwutgwut grunts in agreement.
"At least they've finished their chant. That was the eighth chant, so you won't be getting any loud business anymore for today." Tare says kindly, looking at the girls and remembering his own childhood days as a tv show star.
"Alright, girls. That's enough dawdling for today. It's time to memorize the notes I've taken of our departure day!" Kelly says, excitedly skipping to her notebook and flipping it to the right page. Carol and Rainbow follow Kelly, skipping just as excitedly.
"AT THREE AM, AUGUST THIRTY FIRST, WE WILL WAKE UP AND TAKE TWO HOURS AND A HALF TO GET READY. THEN AT FIVE THIRTY, WE WILL TRANSPORT TO THE UTA AIRPORT FOR AN HOUR. AT SIX THIRTY, WE WILL GO THROUGH SECURITY CHECK. AT SIX THIRTY ONE, WE WILL SPEND TWENTY MINUTES TO FIND OUR GATE. AT SIX FIFTY ONE, WE WILL DOUBLE CHECK ALL OF OUR BAGGAGE AND LUGGAGE. AT SEVEN O CLOCK, WE WILL BOARD OUR PLANE." The girls chant.
"Great!" Says Kelly "now seven more times, let's go!"
Cameron and Gwutgwut glare at Tare for giving them false hopes. Tare just smiles unsurely back at them and shrugs. In the distance, you can hear the three best friends.
"Okay, six more times!"
Gwutgwut and Cameron groan in unison.

"KELLY!" Squeals Carol.
"RAINBOW!" Squeals Kelly.
"CAROL!" Squeals Rainbow.
"RAINBOW!" Squeals Carol.
"CAROL!" Squeals Kelly.
"KELLY!" Squeals Rainbow.
"WHAT???!" Squeal the girls simultaneously.
"NINE MORE DAYS!!!" Squeal the girls simultaneously again.
"SON!!!!" Squeals Dasher in a surprisingly high pitched voice.
"WHAT!!!" Squeals Cameron, in an even higher pitched voice.
"NO." Squeals GwutGwut with the voice of a beautiful lady.
"UH WAIT NEVERMIND," rasps GwutGwut in the lowest voice he can muster.
"I THINK WE'RE DOING IT WRONG," squeals Cameron again.
The girls sigh, shake their heads, and ignore them as they head to their spot on the window seat.
"We're getting SO close," says Rainbow. "We better make sure everything is in place and ready to go!" Rainbow takes her leashies out and caresses them lovingly.
Kelly flips through her Pawsport. "I wrote all of our plans and what we need to do in my notebook yesterday, and all that we have left to do before our big day is to book our flight!"
Carol stares out the window with her Queen bling on, imagining that they are on the airplane that is flying through the sky right now. "Milk and peanuts please," she sighs dreamily.
Kelly and Rainbow look at Carol. "What?"
Carol snaps out of her reverie. She is taken aback by Rainbow and Kelly's inquisitive stares. "Huh? What's wrong? Is something the matter with my bling???"
"No, nothing is wrong," replies Rainbow, returning to her leashies again. "But I just don't think we need to pack food."
"Yeah," Kelly replies. "They'll have milk and peanuts on the plane! And plus, we're going to an all inclusive resort, remember?" Kelly jumps up gleefully at the thought of all the food they will eat.
"Um are you two SILLY? Of course we don't need to pack food! How did that even cross your mind?" Carol paces the window seat. "Oh, when we get there, we sure will be in food heaven!!"
Kelly and Rainbow smile and shrug at each other. Carol definitely has her head in the clouds sometimes, they think.
"Don't forget about the beaches, guys," says Rainbow. "Cancún is not just going to be all about food!! We'll be wading in the blue blue water and playing in the sand and sunbathing! I think THAT will be the best part, not just the food!" Rainbow pets her leashies more vigorously. She can barely contain her excitement.
Kelly's face falls and she stops flipping through her Pawsport. "Oh," she says, her ears drooping. "I forgot to tell you guys. Yesterday when I was doing more research, I found out that there will be THUNDERSTORMS and RAIN and CLOUDS while we are in Cancún..." Kelly looks away, afraid of how Carol and Rainbow will react. She hates being the bearer of bad news. She's not even a bear!
Rainbow drops all her leashies with a dull thud. Carol almost falls off the window seat.
"What?" Says Rainbow weakly.
"NO," howls Carol, anguished.
Kelly turns back around to face her friends. " But guys! It's ok! We're us! It shouldn't matter where we're going and what the conditions are! We have fun no matter what! This is why Owners chose us," she says with newfound determination. She looks up at Rainbow and Carol and hesitates. "Umm, right?"
Carol and Rainbow both firmly wrap an arm around Kelly.
"You're right Kelly," says Rainbow.
"Of course you're right," agrees Carol.
Kelly smiles and looks at her friends with immense gratitude.
"You're the best friends I could ever ask for," she says, smiling from ear to ear. "I remember when I first came to Central Palace, I thought I would never have a best friend besides Owner, who I can barely play with. I'm so glad I'm friends with you two and I'm SO glad I'm going to Cancún with-"
"SONNNN!!!!!!!!" Screeches Dasher, interrupting Kelly's emotional speech.
"I WAS CALLING YOU EARLIER!!!!!!!! AND YOU JUST LEFT!!!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW. LONG. IT. TOOK. FOR. ME. TO. FIND. YOU."
"Um, Dasher," says Carol. "We're always here on the window seat at the same spot everyday."
"WHAT," screeches Dasher. "WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME!!!"
Rainbow sighs, but she's smiling. "What is it, Dad?"
"I FORGOT!!!!!!!!!!!! I FORGOT RIGHT AFTER YOU LEFT, YOU SON OF A LOVELY KING."
Kelly giggles. "Then why did you spend all that time coming to find us if you couldn't remember what you needed to say?"
Dasher pauses. He is flustered. He turns to leave, but then he stops in his tracks. He notices something.
"WHY DID YOU ALL DUNK YOUR EYES IN WATER???" He rears his head and laughs.
"CLUMSY, SILLY GIRLS PLUS A SON," he mutters to himself.
"Um Daddy," laughs Rainbow, wiping away her tears from Kelly's emotional speech. "If you were meaning to mutter to yourself, maybe you should stop screeching, because we all heard you!"
"I WASN'T SCREECHING," Dasher screeches. "I WAS SQUEALING!!!!!"
Dasher stalks away to talk to Cameron instead.
Ah, I love those girls, he thinks.
As he is nearing GwutGwut's space, he can hear a growing chant of
NINE MORE DAYS! NINE MORE DAYS! NINE MORE DAYS, NINE!!! Emanating from the window seat.
Dasher immediately starts galloping at full speed, eyes bulging.
NEVERMIND! He thinks. I TAKE IT BACK! MAKE IT STOP!!!
The girls' chanting gets louder and gigglier. No matter what, they will be ready for Cancún and they WILL have a blast!!!

"OH. MY. GOSH. Only TEN more days until our journey of adventure and excitement begins!" trills Carol. Kelly squeals in delight. "I can't WAIT!" she exclaims, "But we don't have much to do anymore and our chants are getting shorter. Should I borrow another book on Cancún?"
"Don't be silly!" Rainbow cries. "We haven't even booked our flight yet! And we need to plan out the whole morning of our departure day! We still have TONS to do!"
"Oh yeah! How could I forget! Let's plan out our departure day. We want to be as prepared as possible. Let me grab my notebook while you two can discuss first." Kelly says, getting up to get her backpack.
"Okay, so I know that big owner and small owner board their plane at seven am, so we're going to have to match that time when we book our flight." Rainbow says.
"Seven am?" Carol exclaims, excitement flooding through her body. "That's so early! That means we might have to wake up at THREE am!"
"What? Three am?! Let me write that down!" Kelly excitedly scuttles back to the group with a notebook and pencil in her paw.
"So we wake up at three am, then we'll take all the time we possibly need to double check we have everything and to get ready. Let's say we take two hours and a half. Got that, Kelly?" Rainbow asks.
"Yup."
"Okay, and then I guess we'll take approximately an hour to get the the airport. Got that, Kelly?" Carol asks.
"Uh huh."
"Um and then we'll take about a minute to go through security check. Got that, Kelly?" Rainbow asks.
"Yeah."
"And then we'll take around twenty minutes to find our gate. Got that, Kelly?"
"Yes."
"So in total what time will it be once we've finished all those things?"
"Um let's see...three plus two hours and a half will be five thirty plus and hour will be six thirty, and then plus one minute and twenty minutes will be six fifty one. It will be six fifty one am in the morning when we are finally in our gate. That leaves us enough time to double check our items again before boarding the plane!"
"Wow, we planned it so greatly!" squeals Carol.
"Yeah! We even have nine minutes for double checking!" Rainbow cries.
"We did it perfectly!" Kelly shouts.
"I can't believe how good we are at plan—"
"BE QUITE SON!!!!! NOW IS NOT THE TIME!!!! TELL YOUR DOG FRIENDS TO BE QUITE BECAUSE YOU GUYS PROBABLY ARENT EVEN GONNA GO TO KOP BECK BECAUSE OWNER CHANGES HER MIND REALLY MANY AND ME AND GWUTGWUT AND CAMERON HAD A REALLY REALLY GOOD AUDITION!!!!!!!!!!!" Dasher screeches, galloping to stand on top of the toy box so he could tower over the girls.
"Be...quite? You mean quiet? And it's Québec, not Kop Beck. Also, your auditions were...well, they were...not...that...great..." Rainbow says tentatively, flattening her ears in attempt to block out any of Dasher's screams.
"NOT THAT GREAT???!!!" Dasher leans way over the toy box to glare at the girls, but his fierce stare only turns to a ridiculous look of fear as he falls over the box and tumbles straight into Lucky's claws and teeth.
